Overview

•Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house

•Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions

•Manage catering events

•Coordinate with marketing department for market & promotional activities

•Provide training to staff on customer service standard

•Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

•Develop PR with gusts through personalized supervision

•Ensure that food storage area maintained in accordance with the company hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures

•Ensure stocks are maintained at optimum level to avoid shortfall or wastage or over stocking

•Maintain the duty roaster, coordinate the leave and payroll procedure, performance evaluation

•Advice management on strategic matters

•Provide timely and accurate reports
