Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in requirements gathering and process modeling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Visio, or similar.
Knowledge of the KSA market is a plus.
