Overview

  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance
  • troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • testing and promoting new implemented features;
  • Establish best practices
  • responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  • following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
  • talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Requirements

  • بكالوريوس تقنية معلومات مع خبرة تزيد عن 3 سنوات في دعم وتشغيل التطبيقات 
  • على معرفة كافية بتقنية دوت نت.
  • القدرة على التخاطب والتواصل بكفاءة ومرونة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
  • القدرة على تسجيل وإعداد النماذج والتقارير الخاصة بالدعم الفني والأعمال المتعلقة بها .
