Smartverse is looking to IT Help Desk
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support requests from employees.
Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and network devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Work system:
Location: Heliopolis
days off: Friday and Saturday
Working Hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
