Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Qatar

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in specialized software, including digital and video editing; functioning standard equipment.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop).
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
Essential: Very fluent in the English language and grammar.
Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Create, design, write, and edit digital content for companies social media platforms.
Curate, share, schedule, and publish digital content on social media platforms.
Write and edit digital content and storytelling, including blog posts and social captions.
Identify and share digital content that aligns with the company's digital content strategies.
Comment as appropriate on social media and monitor activity.
Contributor and editor of the company communication plan and social media policy.
Contributor to the company’s brand standards, style guides, policies, and social media guidelines; communicate to relevant departments to ensure standards are met.
Implement digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms with coordination from the relevant departments.
Produce a monthly social media report to summarize the use and effectiveness of social content, monitor growth, record engagement rates, and analyse other metrics. Identify issues when they arise and adjust strategy accordingly.
Assist with social media livestreams and posts, monitor, and respond to comments.
Coordinate with the graphic designers for graphic elements, icons, and infographics for social media, CI implementation, and standardisation.
Photography and videography at company functions and events for social media and special projects as needed; edit photographs and videos.
Update and maintain digital assets through a digital asset management system.
Develop a deep knowledge of products and become familiar with the latest changes to standards and regulations.
Develop and manage relationships with supply partners, especially those who communicate materials necessary to perform the jobs and tasks required, e.g., marketing departments.
You will also be aware of competitors and competing products and be able to identify digital marketing needs in the market and forecast their demand.
Being forward-thinking and innovative and having a strong analytical mind are great assets in this respect.
•Generate weekly and monthly reports and give presentations when needed.
