Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team! As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving hardware, network, system, and software issues. You will also train engineers, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify solutions to technical issues
Train engineers for day-to-day activities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Ask targeted questions to understand customer issues and track issues to resolution
Provide feedback and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously
Prepare accurate reports and document technical knowledge
Maintain jovial relationships with clients
Receive and analyze log files for troubleshooting and provide detailed action plans
Assist on-site technicians in executing action plans, hardware replacement, and configuration
Coordinate and oversee project tasks, communicate updates and timelines, and resolve issues
Collaborate with onsite teams, technical teams, clients, and vendors to support successful project outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Networking, or Telecommunication from a reputed university or institute
0-1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills.
