Are you tech-savvy with a knack for solving complex technical problems? ibex. Pakistan is looking for Technical Support Experts to join our advanced support team, delivering high-quality assistance to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth technical support via phone, chat, or email Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Collaborate with peers to identify support trends and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
Excellent English communication verbal and written
Analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
