Now hiring : Microwave Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Develop low-cost and high-quality solutions for microwave planning, design, integration and implementation, and maintenance by using digital tools to improve efficiency and adopting remote operation modes.
Assume the responsibilities of TD/SA/TL in microwave delivery projects, manage technical issues such as technical solution formulation, planning and design, and implementation, and conduct technical communication with customers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Write and review technical documents related to microwave products and microwave network solutions, and train and give lectures to other technical support engineers to transfer product technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Professional knowledge requirements:
Have work experience in the wireless network field and be familiar with the radio propagation theory and basic principles of wireless communication.
Technical background in wireless network construction and maintenance, antenna feeder and indoor distribution, wireless RAN, RF, wireless performance, and wireless network planning and optimization is preferred.
Have an in-depth understanding of microwave transmission principles and microwave equipment.
Have a basic command of the microwave delivery process and microwave project management.
ave a basic command of Ethernet basic principles. Have a good command of principles and networking solutions of VLAN, MPLS, and layer-2 and layer-3 switching.
Have strong microwave network maintenance and fault locating capabilities.
Professional skills requirements:
Have basic communication knowledge and be familiar with basic communication principles. Experience in wireless network delivery is preferred.
Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork awareness, be able to travel overseas frequently, and have overseas travel experience is preferred;
Strong communication skills, strong sense of service, strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude.
