Job Description:
 respond to the VIP customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels
 Assist VIP customers in troubleshooting issues related to the live streaming platforms
 Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates
 creativity to provide and enchane the tools used or giving a new one to increase the vip satisfaction

Requirement:
Bachelor Degree
 English level B2 minimum
 Personal traits: strong sales and service awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure
 Relevant work experience years: more than 1 year work experience
 Have strong sales ability and goal awareness, and be responsible for the results
 Have successful sales cases; Strong sense of service, able to handle complex customer relationships
