Requirements, 

1.Good in UI design (bootstrap,juery,css)
2. Asp .net(web forms, mvc) c# 
3.SQL 

The desirable candidate would be able to design complex UI pages using (bootstrap,juery and css).He should be able to understand client requirements and convert into application design. 
The priority goes for candidates with good UI design skills. The below requirements will be a plus point.

Good in c# coding and SQL.Entity framework, application security would be added advantage.
