Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
Fluency in French (written and spoken).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
CCNA knowledge and certification is a plus.
Bachelor in Engineering (preferably communication or networks).
