Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Big Company in network field is hiring Technical Support Engineer
Job Description :
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, gateways, Extenders,Access Points and Power Lines and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and including Internet connectivity 
• Install ACL, Natting, Port Fowarding, URL Filtering, Qos, VPN....
• Deal with switching features like Vlan, STP, IGMP...
• Train and provide troubleshooting procedures to Customers for first-line or Second lines network issues 
• Saturday and Sunday will be fixed vacation.
• Perform security checks and recovery mechanism in case of any incidents.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Communication/ Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• CCNA Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent command of English
• 1+ year Experience.
