Job Summary:
The Technical Project Manager supervises a team of programmers, responsible for planning technical projects, distributing tasks, ensuring they are executed according to the specified timeline, and achieving the highest levels of quality and programming performance. They also work on improving technical processes, developing the team, and finding innovative solutions to programming and administrative challenges. This role requires deep technical and managerial experience to ensure the strategic objectives of the organization are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Break down large projects into smaller tasks and distribute them based on each programmer's skills and experience.
Monitor task execution and ensure that timelines and quality standards are met.
Hold regular meetings with the team to update work plans and ensure projects run smoothly.
Review the team's code before it is approved for production.
Analyze programmers' performance and provide technical feedback to improve software quality.
Ensure seamless and accurate integration processes between different systems.
Oversee deployment processes and ensure no issues arise during software updates.
Improve CI/CD strategies to ensure smooth and effective deployments.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the team.
Set clear goals for each programmer and assist them in achieving those goals.
