Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at least 5-7 years of experience in the same role
Experience in residential projects is a must
Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed engineering designs for projects.
Conducting technical studies and preparing project-related reports.
Preparing technical proposals, quantity estimates, and budgets.
Reviewing and monitoring fieldwork execution according to designs and specifications.
Coordinating with different engineering teams to ensure work integration.
Reviewing the quality of materials used and inspecting the work on-site.
Monitoring the project's progress according to the prepared timelines.
Providing technical support to resolve engineering issues during project execution.
Location: Dammam
