We're Hiring: Technical Assistant
I'm looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Assistant to support me directly in a variety of telecom-focused projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on mobile network diagnostics, drive testing, and performance analytics alongside a senior engineering leader.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in executing mobile network testing and analysis using tools like INOS, TEMS, XCAL and QXDM
Join meetings with partners and vendors, take notes, and follow up on technical action items
Conduct technical research and contribute to network performance reporting and KPIs
Prepare and maintain documentation, dashboards, and technical reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering and field projects
Who We're Looking For:
A graduate in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or field testing
Familiar with drive testing tools and interpreting mobile network KPIs
Strong communication and documentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with mobile network analysis.
Familiarity with Wireshark, basic scripting, or reporting tools.
Prior exposure to telecom performance analysis or network optimization
