About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Abu Rawash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting white-collar professionals within the FMCG industry. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for white collar positions in the FMCG sector.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
Strong understanding of white-collar hiring processes and market trends.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
