Job Location: Manial, Cairo
Exp: 3-5 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment.
Sourcing and screening candidates.
Collaborating with hiring managers.
Enhancing recruitment processes.
Creates and updates job analysis to identify job descriptions and job specifications.
Participates in the performance management process, including the implementation of the performance management system, by reviewing the application of the system continuously throughout the year and following up on the results with all departments.
Skills :
Proven experience in talent acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools.
HR certification is a must.
