Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with specific technologies (e.g., Active Directory, cloud computing platforms).
- IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA).
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Participate in installations, configurations, on-site customer training, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain knowledge of various products and related technologies.
- Participate in the implementation of new technologies, following senior engineers' guidance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects, learning from their expertise.
- Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential problems for our customers.
