What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of IT systems engineering experience
- Strong command of English
- Expertise in:
- VMWare with VCP certification or higher
- Microsoft Server Environment
- Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
- Network Infrastructure: HPE / Cisco
- Security Solutions: Fortinet, Sophos, WatchGuard
- Datacenter Hardware: HPE, DELL / EMC
- Key Skills:
- Effective troubleshooting for IT issues
- Familiarity with SLA's business model
- Exceptional teamwork and time management skills
