At ElZenouki Group Cookware, we have built a legacy of quality in cookware manufacturing. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to be part of Elzenouki exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize all supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support company growth and cost efficiency.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Manage forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning to meet customer and market needs.
Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance visibility, automation, and performance across the supply chain.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity and resilience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA or professional certification like CSCP is a plus.)
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
