Sr. System Admin-Linux

Overview

Masary for E-payments Services is looking for a Sr. System Admin-Linux

With the following criteria
• 3+years of experience administering Linux systems in mission-critical, 24/7 production environments.
• More than 3 year of experience administering web hosting components and infrastructure, including web servers, application servers, load balancers, mail, DNS servers, and network components.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with the automation of system build, maintenance, and operation processes using shell, Python, Perl, or other scripting technology.
• Ability to configure and manage clustered Linux systems.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, including routing, switching, and common network protocols.
• Understanding of iptables firewalls.
• Understanding of SNMP, and familiarity with system/network monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of network and system security principles and techniques.
• Working knowledge of firewall & VPN concepts and technologies.
• Good knowledge of Virtualization and cloud computing technologies.
• Assist in establishing and enhancing regulatory and compliance processes (PCI DSS)
