etmana is Hiring: Software Quality Control Engineer
(E-commerce/Marketplace Experience is a Must)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality software releases.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential risks or issues.
Analyze and report on software defects, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Experience with API Testing.
Proficiency in Database (DB) and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Backend and Frontend testing.
Familiarity with Agile Testing, JIRA, and Kanban.
Preferred experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as -Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
