We are looking for social media specialist ( Remotely) to join our team
Job Summary: We need a creative person to manage our social media. The goal is to attract candidates and engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with recruitment goals.
- Optimize social media accounts for engagement, reach, and visibility.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree is a must .
- +3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in recruitment or HR.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Experience in video content creation (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies
