Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Web React Developer to lead the development of our web applications using React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead React Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications using React.
2. Architecture and Design: Define and implement the overall architecture and design of our web applications.
3. Code Review and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to improve their skills.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and backend engineering.
5. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.
6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Participate in conferences, meetups, and online forums to stay current with the latest developments in React and web development.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on React.
2. Strong knowledge of React, including its ecosystem, components, and state management.
3. Experience with state management libraries, such as Redux or MobX.
4. Familiarity with backend technologies, such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or Node.js.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex issues.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
2. Knowledge of testing frameworks, such as Jest or Enzyme.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
