(Senior Technical Support Engineer)
Responsibilities
• Provide technical system and user support by responding to calls and email requests for technical support in a timely manner.
•Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required.
•Support the roll-out of new applications or new versions of current applications
•Send technical documentation to customers who have lost or misplaced theirs
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
Qualification required:
Bachelor degree
Experience :2 to 5 years
English: good
