Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality projects.
Develop and maintain backend applications.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
Write clean, efficient, and performance-optimized code.
Integrate third-party systems and APIs seamlessly.
Handle deployment processes with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel.
Strong expertise in team management, ERP systems, and system integrations.
Proficiency in Agile workflows, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization.
