What will you do?
* Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure high ROI and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize reach and conversions.
* Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track and report key metrics.
* Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to continuously refine ad strategies.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
What we are Searching for?
* Proven experience from 2 to 3 years as a Media Buyer in a digital marketing agency.
* Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
* Solid understanding of budget allocation, A/B testing, bid strategies, and campaign optimization.
* Proficiency in analytics tools to track campaign success and improve performance.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
