Senior Electrical Site Engineer
DATA CENTER PROJECTS EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a reputable discipline is a must.
10:15 years of proven experience in MEP projects with reputable companies.
Data Center projects experience is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project delivery of the Electrical Discipline.
Be able to motivate and lead professional teams to deliver client solutions.
Conduct early-stage option analysis, strategy setting and critical review of the client brief to develop the optimum design solution at the early stage of the project.
Manage a team of engineers in diverse geographical locations to deliver the project in line with the project program and available costs.
Liaise with the Technical Director and project Director, and other stakeholders on progress, risks, and commercial position.
Extensive understanding of local authority requirements in UAE, KSA, and other countries.
Set design criteria, perform, review design calculation and drawings for electrical system.
Be able to do all electrical services design including calculation, markups for layouts and schematics for BIM technicians.
Advise and agree with design concept with project senior engineer and engineers.
Ensure concept and sketch designs are approved from Technical Director before progressing to next stage.
Be able to carry out feasibility study.
Control scope of work in relation to fees, manage the work within cost to complete.
Be able to do the continuous update in standards details, specification, and calculation format etc.
Resolve any technical problems faced during the project design and/or construction stage.
