We're looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Requirements*
Bachelor's degree in Business is must.
Minimum 3 years of sales experiencein a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
