Job Summary:
Monitor customer requirements and coordinate sales operations with various departments. Follow up on sales inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Enhance and maintain customer relationships, explore new markets, and target new clients in line with company policies.
Job Requirements:
Education: B.A with relevant degree.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of "Sales Operations- Food Industry".
Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer service principles, and marketing.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
