Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Manager Assistant for a big FMCG distribution company to support the Sales manager in sales management in terms of operations and data, also will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient task organization, and timely reporting to drive the success of the sales teams.

Task Organization & Coordination.
Communication & Liaison.
Reporting & Analysis.
Administrative Support.
Team Support.
Assist the Sales manager in organizing and prioritizing daily tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objectives.
 Act as a key point of contact between the Sales manager and other sales sections and other departments.
  Facilitate clear and timely communication of sales updates, targets, and performance metrics across the organization.
  Relay instructions, feedback, and decisions from the Sales manager to the relevant teams.
 Review and distribute regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis.
 Assist in creating presentations and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
 Manage the Sales manager’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating critical matters to the Sales manager when necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role, preferably within )FMCG) a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with Analytical mindset.
