Job Description:
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person.
Recruit/Implement hiring needs for blue collar employees ( couriers /Drivers/ operators.....etc )
visit Hubs by arrange and schedule interviews there.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till hire.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements:
1 to 2 years in of Experience as " Recruitment specialist - Blue collar ”
Very good English.
good in Microsoft office.
Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills .
Time-management skills, work in the system way.
preferer background in shipping and Logistics
