Elixir Pharma / Pharmed Healthcare is seeking to hire a R&D (Formulation Section Head) position.
Job Description:
Lead the development of robust, stable, and effective formulations.
Supervise the development of designated experimental trials with the ability to design an effective series of experiments.
Lead technology transfer and scale-up operations to manufacture products.
Supervise the pilot batch manufacturing.
Supervise the validation of production batches.
Determine requirements and specifications of R&D APIs and Excipients.
Supervising pre-formulation and formulation trials for new products.
Find redevelopment opportunities for formulated products.
Preparation of Research and Development SOPs.
Participate in troubleshooting in production, if any, to be handled effectively.
Complying with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences
8-12 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt with at least 2 years of experience in similar managerial roles.
Excellent research and Analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High problem-solving and attention to detail.
Work location: EL Sadat City – EL Menoufia.
