Hyde Park Developments is currently hiring - Quantity Surveyor Engineer.
The ideal candidate should have 6 - 9 years of experience in the same position preferably .
Responsible of handling tendering process to reach the optimum values and conditions with the contractors within the budget that achieve the highest profitability. Also, controlling the project`s budget and contract prices by reviewing/certifying invoices and variation orders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor`s degree in civil engineering.
• Proficient in Excel
• AutoCAD.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent resource management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
