Educate Me Foundation is a nonprofit organization in Egypt dedicated to redefining education through a progressive, learner-centered model.
Job Purpose:
Seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, control and close number of projects across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and impact measurement tools.
🔹Manage budgets, optimize costs, and meet financial targets.
🔹Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address operational challenges.
🔹Prepare reports, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance.
🔹Track performance, collect data, and uphold quality standards.
🔹Recruit, train, and manage project staff and volunteers.
🔹Ensure smooth internal communication and reporting.
Qualifications:
🔹 University Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field.
🔹 at least 3 years in managing similar projects in development field, previous experience in Education field is a plus.
🔹 Proficiency in Arabic and English Language (written and spoken) , Proficiency in using computer work applications (Google Drive, MS Office, etc.)
Working Conditions:
📍Location: Head Office, Maadi.
5 working days (1 day remote).
💰Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
