Overview

IKEN Technology is looking for the following position to join us.

Project Manager

Job Description:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones.

• Work with product managers and technical leads to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other key stakeholders.

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

• Identify potential risks and roadblocks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans.

• Address any project-related issues that may arise, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and objectives

• Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and external partners.

• Manage expectations by clearly communicating

project status, changes, and challenges.

• Organize regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and resolve any concerns.

• Ensure the final software product meets the specified requirements, quality standards, and client expectations

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing and bug resolution.

• Oversee the deployment and post-launch support to ensure smooth implementation.

• Assess project performance and implement lessons learned to improve future project processes.

• Advocate for process improvements to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.

• 1:3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.

• Proven experience managing software projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
