A well known Food Production and export organization is seeking to hire:

Job Title: Production Engineer (Food Industry)
Location: 10th of Ramadan

Job Summary:
The Production Engineer will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining efficient production processes within our food manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality and safety, and contributing to cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food processing, equipment, and safety regulations, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and waste reduction.
Implement process improvements to optimize production line performance, including equipment adjustments and workflow changes.
Conduct time and motion studies to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
Assist in the development and implementation of new product processes.
Production Monitoring & Control:
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate production reports.
Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and procedures.

Equipment Maintenance & Support:
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of food processing equipment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Food Safety & Quality:
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSMA).
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
Assist in conducting root cause analysis of quality deviations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
