Product Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and sales of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product promotion and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for the assigned pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Create promotional materials, digital contents, and product literatures in compliance with industry regulations.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, symposia, and promotional events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or other medical fields.
2+ years of experience in products’ management in pharmaceutical Co.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and marketing guidelines.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Readiness to travel according to necessity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate studies in marketing or pharmaceutical sciences are preferred.
Experience with product launches in different therapeutic areas is a privilege.
