Job Title: Personnel and Payroll Specialist

Job Summary: MiniSo Egypt is seeking a skilled Personnel and Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social insurance system, payroll system, and HR ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee payroll processes.
Handle insurance system operations and liaise with insurance providers.
Utilize HR ERP systems such as MenaTech or Odoo for HR functions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
Requirements:
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel and payroll management.
Proficiency in dealing with insurance offices, Token system and payroll Management.
Experience with HR ERP systems like MenaiTech or Odoo.
Strong Excel skills.
Good to very good command of English.
