Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo-based solutions to meet our business needs. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions.
Design and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo applications.
Lead and mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and best practices.
Provide support and maintenance for existing Odoo implementations.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of professional experience in Odoo development.
Solid knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and customization.
Proficient in Python and XML for Odoo development.
Experience with PostgreSQL database and SQL queries.
Knowledge of Odoo versions (e.g., Odoo 14, Odoo 15, etc.).
Familiarity with Odoo's web client, server-side development, and APIs.
Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
