We are hiring!!! " Network_Engineer "
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to locate and resolve network issues in the datacom supported products (router- switch - firewall)
- Responsible for understanding the features and benefits of the products, providing product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Responsible for handling all technical problems in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services。
- Responsible for assurance of customer agreed technical standards both for projects & for customer support services.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
· More than 5 years’ experience on IP carrier network.
· More than 5 years’ work experience in system integration or telecommunication will have priority.
· Familiar with Routing protocols, routers, SW and firewalls (Windows, Linux, Unix)
· Familiar with MPLS, MPLS l2/L3 VPN, IPSEC solution
· Knowledge of Core data com networks and ISP environment
· Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and logs)
English speaking and writing (French is PLUS).
