Leeds TFM is hiring Mechanical Site Engineer
We are looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our renovation team. The role involves overseeing mechanical systems installation and ensuring that renovation projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) in renovation projects.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during renovations.
Perform site inspections and provide technical support to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in renovation or facility management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and building codes.
Experience using mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
