Facility management Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical / mechatronics or equivalent

We are looking for a Facilty management Engineer to join our team in Building Management located in New Cairo - Fifth Settlement.

 Required Qualifications:

1- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2- Minimum of 5 years in building maintenance and management.
3- Ability to analyze faults and perform both preventative and corrective maintenance.
4- Strong knowledge of smart maintenance systems and FM software.
5- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical or electrical drawings.
6- Experience in operating and maintaining HVAC systems, elevators, electrical generators, pumping systems, distribution panels, and medium/low voltage networks.
7- Strong technical skills in using measurement and diagnostic tools.
8- Certified Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
9- Ability to manage teams and supervise technicians and external contractors.
10- Proficiency in English (an advantage).
