Material Requirements Planning Specialist (MRP)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage material requirements to meet production schedules.
Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and reorder levels.
Analyze production schedules and forecast material needs.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure smooth and effective communication between departments to align material needs with production timelines.
Identify and implement improvements in material planning and inventory management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain management (at least 3 years).
Familiarity with MRP software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
