We’re hiring a creative and hands-on Onground Activations Specialist to lead experiential marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute on-ground activations, pop-ups, and interactive experiences.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue selection.
Oversee DJs, live performers, and entertainment elements.
Build strong partnerships with venues, sponsors, and event organizers.
Ensure activations align with brand tone, visuals, and messaging.
Supervise brand ambassadors and event staff.
Handle budgets, contracts, and cost-effective execution.
Develop interactive experiences and track engagement data.
Requirements
2+ years in event marketing, activations, or experiential marketing.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Strong event planning, entertainment sourcing, and multitasking skills.
Creative problem-solver with leadership and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and travel.
Preferred Experience in:
Guerrilla marketing, brand partnerships, and youth culture.
Brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-
driven campaigns.
