Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services.
▪️ Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and optimizing posts to increase follower engagement.
▪️ Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
▪️ Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns that support business objectives.
▪️ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
▪️ Optimize website content and SEO to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
▪️ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
▪️ Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques
▪️ Experience with content management systems (CMS) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
