🔥 Job Overview

This is a hands-on role where success is measured by revenue growth, client acquisition, and subscription increases. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, as well as exploring partnerships, influencer collaborations, and corporate deals to expand the company's reach and revenue.

👉 Your goal is simple: More clients. More revenue. More subscriptions.

You will have the flexibility to test different marketing strategies and adjust based on performance, but results must be visible within the first 4 weeks.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing and direct sales growth strategies.

✅ Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, primarily on Instagram Ads (the key channel in Qatar), with secondary focus on Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.

✅ Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and social media personalities who can drive meaningful conversions.

✅ Establish and manage corporate discount partnerships with companies and organizations to expand our subscription base.

✅ Develop and execute event marketing opportunities by engaging with local exhibitions, events, and potential brand collaborations.

✅ Optimize marketing spend and continuously analyze performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).

✅ Improve sales conversion rates by refining campaign targeting, messaging, and ad creatives.

✅ Monitor competitor strategies and trends to keep our marketing ahead of the curve.

✅ Provide weekly reports on marketing performance and revenue impact.

👥 Who You’ll Be Working With

The Marketing Manager will lead a small marketing team consisting of a designer and a community manager, working closely with the office team (dietitians, customer service, accounts), the kitchen team, and management. Collaboration is key, and management is directly involved in improving strategies and performance rather than just delegating tasks.

🔹 Proven track record in revenue-driven marketing.

🔹 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and client acquisition.

🔹 Deep understanding of Instagram advertising and its role in Qatar's market.

🔹 Experience in subscription-based business models is a plus.

🔹 Proactive approach to influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations.

🔹 Strong ability to negotiate and secure deals with organizations and influencers.

🔹 Self-motivated, strategic thinker who can work under pressure and deliver results fast.
