Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage agency follow-ups, source proposals, and oversee marketing materials. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. A car is required for on-ground tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with agencies to track deliverables and ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
• Source and evaluate proposals for marketing services and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Research and procure marketing materials, visiting suppliers and trade exhibitions as needed.
• Maintain supplier records, track budgets, and provide project updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or vendor management.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Must own a car and be flexible for travel and on-ground tasks.
