Manager and Supervisor for Cafe

Overview

We are looking for professional candidates to fill the above-mentioned positions.

Main responsibilities:

- Managing the staff and their related matters.
- Training new staff.
- Managing and assuring the quality regarding products, operation, service, hygiene, place and environment.
- Dealing with suppliers.
- Preparing reports: sales, purchases, inventory, etc.

Main specifications and requirements that candidate must gain:

- Sufficient and proven experience and knowledge in managing cafes.
- Strong personality, leadership skills with good communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and improve the cafe's products.
- has a car with a valid driving license (preferable)
- Transferable sponsorship (iqama) (must)

Important notice: Although it's a quite new business, our cafe has built a good reputation. The sales are still low but we have an ambitious plan to raise the sales with the contribution of the new manager. The business cannot afford high salaries at this time. However, our offer to the manager includes a convincing percentage from the sales in addition to the fixed salary.
