We are hiring Maintenance engineer
Job Description:
-Preparation, revision, and coordination of electromechanical drawings and construction documents and coordination with suppliers and / or subcontractors
-Reviews electromechanical drawing prepared by consultant or contractor.
-Preparation and revision of suppliers, contractors & sub-contractors’ invoices
-Follow-up the electromechanical works in site.
-Preparation cost estimation reports for maintenance.
-Preparation maintenance plane schedule
-Follow-up the maintenance of electromechanical works
Job requirements:
-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from a well-known university.
-Proven working experience in site mechanical engineering “ 5-7 years ”.
-Project management and supervision skills.
-Have good experience at the following
-HVAC system :
1. Chillers sys.
DX unit’s sys.
Splits unit’s sys.
A.H.U sys.
Ventilation.
Smoke fans.
-Fire fighting system.:
pumps sys.
Sprinkler sys.
Fire hose cabinet.
CO2 sys.
Foam sys.
Fm200 sys.
-plumbing system.:
pumps sys.
Water supply sys.
Sewage sys.
irrigation sys.
-Finishing experience is a must.
-Commercial projects experience is a plus.
-Good knowledge of MS Office/AutoCAD.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-A team player with leadership abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
